Hi Doctor, i am a bus driver ,I don t have a regular doctor and I had a problem at work with my supervisor , he was yelling at me in front of everyone, and I couldn t concentrate on driving that day because of the discussion and now they don t want me to go back to work unless I have a note from the doctor saying that I I am been seen for anxiety, but I already went to the doctor and didn t event gave me a good note

Hi,

Severe anxiety disorder can be treated by cognitive behavioural therapy, Meditation, and Psychotherapy. Medications such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), anxiolytic also help.
